RAVEN + Melissa: Address and Property Verification
RAVEN uses Melissa’s Personator Consumer API to verify residence: confirming the address is real, checking ownership status and property type, and cross-writing name, date of birth, phone, and email into the identity and contact modules where they corroborate.
Every Personator lookup captures an AddressKey, the identifier Melissa uses to link an address to its underlying property records.
